Mission Statement
 “Living for Jesus...  Loving One Another... Into All The World” are not empty words strung together to create a catchy vision statement. We at First Church of Chula Vista are dedicated to living Jesus’ most important commands: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22: 37-39

Everyone is warmly welcomed at First Church and encouraged to find meaningful and rewarding ways to become involved.  Everyone learns and grows at their own pace.  At First Church, you will find the tools and the environment through worship, fellowship, study and prayer...the change, however, takes place only through the transforming grace of God.  Join us in His name, and He will definitely meet you here.
